Corintis builds the cooling that AI chips need to keep scaling. As chips move into the thousands of watts, air cooling has become a bottleneck for semiconductor progress. Corintis designs microfluidic cooling matched to each chip's hotspots, using its own simulation and design software, and manufactures its cold plates in its own facility in Germany, primarily for US data centers.
Today, Corintis has more than 100 employees across Lausanne, Munich and Bellevue, and won the Top100 Swiss Startup Award in 2025 and 2026.
